Today we did a nice head movement for the ladies.

Important things for the guys:

  • You will turn the lady to the left with both hands up. After that you pull in a line to you with the left hand and you go with the right hand to the axil of the lady. You want to bring her right shoulder up for her to go with the head to the left.
  • The lady will turn the three steps with the head to the left side. If she is in front of you, you will paint half of circle to the front. The lady is now with the head on the right side. You will now bring the head of the lady straight to the left. For that, you let your left hand up and push with your right hand to the left.
  • Now comes the last head movement. You will lead the lady to the right. The first three steps the lady stays with the head to the left. She will go under your right elbow. The forth step you have to bring both hands down for the lady to go with the head to the front and the fifth step both hands up, for the lady to go with the head up.

For the ladies:

  • Your head follows your shoulders. After the left turn you will go the first three steps with the head to the left side. Then comes a half of circle. Bring your chest in if your head is down for not to fall to the front.
  • After the circle the guy bring your head straight from one shoulder to the other. The last head movement you will go five steps. The first three steps you stay with the head to the side. The forth step you go like in a circle to the front and the fifth step you will bring your head up.
  • Think about it: The hole time you are turning on a line, so you have to go always the line.
